Remarks: the above expenses include booth expense, allocation expense, the representative card expense of two exhibition participants, material expense (one exhibition brochure for each booth).The exhibitor who requires installation will not pay special installation administration expense; Pls apply in advance if electricity is needed. The electricity expense will be charged separately at 1.2RMB/kwh.

2.Fill in and submit project registration form of “participation application form” before Sep-30/2008.
3. Pay booth expense after your arrival in Yangling once you are verified . pls submit us your special installation scheme before Sep-30/2008 if it is needed.
4. The fair committee will examine your above materials ,if everything is OK,a“participation confirmation notice”will be promptly releaseed to you.
